2008 Niche Award Winners Announced
Published: May 20, 2008 The winners of the 2008 Niche Awards were announced at the Buyers Market of American Craft in Philadelphia in February. The annual juried competition celebrates excellence and innovation by North American craft artisans; winners are chosen based on artistic and technical achievement as well as marketability. Entries for the 2009 Niche Awards are being accepted now through August 30 (for professionals) and September 30 (for students). An application form and entry guidelines are available at www.americancraft.com. |
